durfte ich mit meinem Kater Pascha Pepino ein grosszügiges Apartment im Hotel Accademia geniessen.
Herr Wellauer ist sehr hilfsbereit und seine Apartments sind alle sehr hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet. UND SAUBER!
Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist super beim Irchelpark.
Dank der guten Lärmschutzfenster hört man gar nichts vom Verkehr bei geschlossenen Fenstern.
Die Lüftung ist gut. Neu hat es sogar Ventilatoren für die Hitzetage.

Ich konnte mich da erholen, nachdem ich leider zuvor in einem " Vision-apartment " in Oerlikon 2 schlimme Monate verbracht hatte: Höllenlärm, keine Luft und erst noch sauteuer.
" Swiss Star apartments " gibt es mit und ohne gesundheitsschädigenden Schimmel ! Da hängt die Sauberkeit vom betreffenden Hauswart ab.
Devise: Hauptsache der Gast hat online bezahlt!

Ich kann das Accademia von Herzen empfehlen für Touristen, Geschäftsleute, Wohnungssuchende, Studenten, Familien, mit Kindern, Hund, Katze oder Canarienvogel....

Nous avons choisi un petit studio avec mon compagnon pour un échange à l'ETH Zürich. Le service était parfait et les gestionnaires sont réactifs et très sympathiques. Il est idéalement bien placé, à 30 minutes à pieds de l'ETH et du centre. Si vous êtes en galère de logement, c'est un lieu qui pourra vous dépanner surtout si vous venez de l'étranger et que vous ne pouvez pas visiter sur place. Seul bémol, c'est le bruit de la rue très passante (tram, voiture) et le studio reste un peu serré pour deux personnes.

This place is perfect for any traveler who likes clean and simple with great location. I've stayed here multiple times and cannot believe the Accademia remains such a great deal! Located right on Trams 9 & 10 (both which go direct to the city centre and the 10 goes straight to the airport) and next to the main campus of the University of Zurich, each room has a kitchenette, hardwood floors, noise-buffering windows, and free wi-fi. This is a relatively small hotel so book in advance.

As my mom was visiting over the holidays, I came across Accademia and I am glad I did!!||Amazing place, very clean, well equipped, lovely area, very friendly owner and staff. Perfect for spending time in Zürich. It is very well accessible as it is 1 stop (or 3 minute walk) away from Milchbuck (the stop which you could practically go anywhere in Zürich from) you can take the number 10 from the train station or Airport directly to Uni Irchel, right in front of the Apartments. There's a beautiful walk with nice views right across the street from where the entrance is.||It is a very quiet area, Supermarkets are within walking distance or a couple of stops with the tram. ||Very safe area! (as I live 5 minutes away, I know the area well)||Just perfect, my mom was very happy and she said she will always stay there when she is visiting.

It is in a very good location, next to the University campus. Next to the hotel there is a tram station with trams that will take you everywhere in Zurich within a few minutes, including to the airport and the central train station. Rooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is functional and the owner is extremely nice.

Warning, this is not a hotel. You get a small apartment with a kitchen (if you wish). It is optimal if you prefer to make your own breakfast like myself and for longer stays in Zurich. Room service is once a week. The staff is excellent and there is a laundromat/internet. It is located conveniently if you do business with either ETH or the University of Zurich.

He estado tres semanas en un estudio con baño y cocina integrada. Está en una zona muy tranquila, pegado al Campus Irchel de la Universidad de Zürich, aunque el ETH pilla a diez minutos en tranvía. El estudio muy limpio y funcional. La cama un poco incómoda, aunque suficientemente grande. La almohada demasiado grande para mi gusto, pero el gusto sobre almohadas es muy personal. ||||No es un hotel, por lo que no arreglan la habitación a diario. Lo hacen semanalmente. ||||En resumen, estancia cómoda y agradable.

As prices are very high in Zurich for almost everything, it is good to know that you can find a place to stay for a reasonable price.||As other review stated, the price for a small studio is around 130 USD per night. It gets cheaper the longer you stay.||The apartments are clean, comfortable and well equipped with TV, Wifi, a small kitchen and a convenient bathroom.||The drawback is that it is not directly downtown, but you can easily reach the city center and the lake with the trams. The tram station is very close to the hotel and the trip takes about 15 minutes. There are also a few shops nearby, if you want to use your kitchen.
