Gli appartamenti sono completamente arredati, con spazi ottimizzati tra 22 e 45 m², progettati per massimizzare funzionalità e benessere. Ogni dettaglio è curato: cucina attrezzata, Wi-Fi veloce, Smart TV, biancheria di qualità e accesso contactless.​
L'app City Pop è il cuore dell'esperienza: dalla prenotazione al check-in, fino alla gestione dei servizi aggiuntivi come pulizia, lavanderia e parcheggio, tutto è a portata di smartphone. ​
La posizione in Via Lucerna 1 è ideale, a pochi passi dal centro e dal lago, perfetta per esplorare Lugano e godere della sua atmosfera unica. ​
Consiglio vivamente City Pop a chi cerca una soluzione abitativa flessibile, moderna e senza complicazioni. Un'esperienza che unisce il comfort di casa con i servizi di un hotel di qualità.

Avoid at all cost. Had all the issues including water leakage, power outage, broken appliances (microwave) which they never replaced for months until I moved out. I had a guest over for a few days and he had a bad experience with the staff who tried to put a metal pot in the microwave to test it. He left a bad review and they wouldn’t stop calling me asking me to take it down even though it was not me. They weren’t bothered to take care of the problems until my guest left a Google review. They offered no compensation and if you have more than two bookings, they would not let you pay and use the storage between the bookings. Very inefficient and overpriced for what you could get in Lugano.

Struttura accogliente e moderna, organizzazione molto efficiente con tutto quello che una persona necessita (casella della posta, servizio pulizie, garage e elettrodomestici moderni). Lo staff è sempre disponibile ad aiutare con cordialità e precisione impeccabile. Complimenti!

City pop é stata la mia casa per un periodo di quasi 4 anni ed é stata una bellissima avventura dove avevi tutto ciò che ti serviva per essere inmersa nel comfort, non solo dentro casa sino anche nelle vicinanze. Mi dispiace che dove sono adesso non c’e una soluzione simile. Lo consiglio pienamente !!

Esperienza fantastica, mi sono trovata benissimo.

L' appartamento è moderno, arredato con stile e a due passi dalla stazione.
L'accesso è molto comodo tramite l'applicazione.
Mi è pure capitato di partecipare ad un evento organizzato da loro che è stato molto divertente e il catering era ottimo.

Incredible new concept of life!
I'm living in the building of Lugano so far for 2 months and I am having an amazing experience. International environment, great location, fancy new furnished apartments, really competitive prizes and any service you can think of is at your disposal (parking, storage, washing machine, free coffee every day and cleaning service on-demand). Everything works through a simple App or you can contact them by email or phone. They are always ready to help and organize different activities around showing their interest in promoting a good environment for guests. I really recommend this place!

Concept molto interessante, una via di mezzo tra hotel e appartamento in affitto. Super funzionale e ben organizzato, ideale per chi deve trovare una sistemazione di buon livello per qualche settimana/mese. Gli appartamenti sono moderni, puliti, forniti di tutto e smart (si fa tutto con l'app).
