Das neue Haus liegt an sehr schöner Aussichtslage über dem Dorf Lutry. Erreichbar ist es über steile, relativ schmale Zugangsstrassen. Sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Es liegt zwar direkt an der Bahnlinie, es verkehren nachts jedoch nicht sehr viele Züge und so ist es nicht zu lärmig.

Schönes, helles, grosszügiges Zimmer in neuem Minergiehaus. Angenehmer Empfang. Gutes Bett. Sauber. Keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage in den Weinbergen vom Lavaux ist traumhaft. Der Zug fährt etwas nah zum Haus vorbei, aber das stört nicht.

Sehr angenehmes BnB ob Lutry am Genfersee

We spent 9 nights here during Xmas of 2023 booking from Airbnb. Let's start with the house, it's on a hill with very narrow driveway up, the owner lives next door and it's an attached house. The view is nice but, you have the train track about 20 feet in front of the house and pedestrians 10 feet in front of the house so you have to deal with the noise from the train which goes by every 5-10 mins and people walking by with no privacy. The house is nice but for the location and all the cons I listed above it's not worth the price.|Now the reason why I'm writing such negative review is below.|We checked out and handed the couple the keys and asked to inspect the house, they refused. After a week Jocelyn filed a claim from some water stain on a night table and demanded $400 USD. Not only that, I didn't really leave a review with Airbnb because I was waiting for the case to settle, she left me a negative review right before the window closes for reviews so I had no chance to defending myself. I have stay at many vacation houses and this is the most bitter experience ever! Please stay away from this house and this couple. We broom cleaned the house and they complained on the review that we left them a dirty house and tried to make a claim a week after. They know the trick of the windows of Airbnb, just beware and I can garantee you can not avoid any unpleasant experience if you stay with them.

This place feels like home, especially because of the nicest couple you'll ever meet, that run the place. Their hospitality is nothing less than perfect. They are willing to help in any matter that you may need and will do whatever they can to make you feel comfortable and happy. ||The house is perfectly designed and equipped. Outside the room, there is a shared space with the modern kitchen and living room. The view from the house is spectacular, as you may see in the pictures on their web site.||The house is located up the terraces - less than 5 minutes drive from Lutry center.||Breakfasts are amazingly rich and keep highest quality.||We stayed at room #1 which is located at the end of the corridor, so there is full privacy.

We were greated with a welcome smile and fantastic service! This bnb was extremely clean and presentable with an ultra modern feel. The host's Jean and Jocelyn were so nice...They prepare a fantastic breakfast that was presented with style, flare, and flavor. The views were awesome and the beds were comfortable and satisfying...Walking access to the wine trail was just a step away from the bnb!
