We had the most remarkable family tour with Roberto. We were a family of 4, it was our first time to Switzerland. He has made our trip a great memorable experience. Ours was a 3-day private tour, he helped us prepare the itinerary and travelled along with us for all 3 days to show us some wonderful places. On request, he took us to non-tourist spots like cow farms, open fields & churches. It was a very relaxed trip; he was so nice and accommodating and flexible. I highly recommend him for his superb guides tour service.

We had a great experience in Switzerland with a private tour from Roberto. Our length of stay was 7 days starting from Lucerne and we visited Mt. Rigi, Jungfraujoch, Rhine Falls, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunen and Interlaken. Roberto is a great guide/guy and he LISTENS to feedback from his guests and makes adjustments immediately. We made some changes to the original itinerary after he tossed some ideas what he thought would be interesting for my kids. Our trip was fantastic and Roberto made it happened. Our trip with Roberto was absolutely incredible! We spent one week in Lucerne and he planned a very tailored trip based on our group’s interests that included a great mix between hiking in beautiful locations, day trips to other villages, eating some of the best local food, sight-seeing the landmarks of the area, a paragliding adventure, swimming in the crystal clear lake, an e-bike tour and countless other things! We really felt like we got the most out of our time spent in Switzerland and would not have been able to do or see nearly as much without the help of Roberto. It was stress free with him organizing any driving, tickets, & other planning needed for a smooth trip - Roberto handled it all! He was extremely sociable, very knowledgeable on the area and fit right into our group. Roberto was flexible with plans due to weather changes, travel changes, if we wanted to add other quick stops on our way somewhere, and never one time did I feel on a rushed schedule. He is very laid back and is willing to spend as much or as little time as you want in different areas! Book your trip with him - you will not regret it. He is legit!

Roberto made our visit to Lucerne an experience we’ll never forget. He spent the entire day with us, ensuring every detail was seamless and stress-free. From meeting us at our hotel to guiding us on a scenic boat ride and a cogwheel train to the top of Mt. Rigi, every moment was thoughtfully planned. He even helped us carry our stroller and took the time to play with our 2-year-old daughter in the snow, which made her day!

After descending the mountain by gondola, Roberto led us through Lucerne’s beautiful Old Town, sharing its history and taking us to his favorite local spots. His kindness and attention to detail, including bringing a backpack filled with toys and treats for our daughter, truly went above and beyond.
